Dwarf Planet Pluto: 2006 Solar System Diagram
Below is a diagram of our "new" solar system. You'll notice that only 8 planets are now shown. Because of the changes to the definition of planet made by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) made on August 24, 2006, Pluto is no longer considered a planet.
